Housekeeping left our room before they were done servicing it and never came back. When calling Guest Services, they are not always available and will let the phone ring and ring- no way to leave a message and no call-backs. The room they gave us was next to the elevator after we specifically requested a room away from the elevators when booking the room a month earlier. The mini bar wasn't cleaned up from the previous guests. I really wanted to give this hotel a good review but I honestly can't.
