Tutors will target interventions with students at risk of failing. Tutors will model/ practice effective tutorial group strategies, develop higher order questioning techniques, review methods of working with students' writing, and provide an opportunity for students to discuss and solve problems. The purpose of Academic Mentoring is to empower and include the student body as an intervention and prevention resource for students in need of academic support. Ésta es una clase de actuación coral diseñada para ayudar a desarrollar habilidades en la producción vocal y el talento musical. Hay varios conciertos organizados durante el año. Un coro intermedio que trabaja en la actuación y técnica vocal incluyendo la respiración, calidad del tono, dicción, fraseo musical, análisis de texto y solfeo. Students perform a wide range of choral literature ranging from traditional to contemporary. This is a choral performance class designed to help develop skills in vocal production and musicianship. Several concerts are scheduled throughout the year.
An intermediate choir that works on performance and vocal technique, including breathing, tone quality, diction, phrasing, text analysis, and sight reading.
