I could tell within 5 minutes of downloading the app that it was very high quality so I quickly upgraded to the full version, and $7 is nothing for the huge library this offers. I can now play many intermediate level songs by ear with only a chord structure after only a few minutes of tinkering on the piano. I have played piano for nearly 15 years and the large library of scales helped me to be able to improvise melodies and to pick out accurate melody from existing songs within minutes. In the meantime, I will be using this app to build chord progressions that I can further break up in a daw. It would be helpful for rhythmic chord creation to be able to, for instance, repeat a 16th note length chord multiple times. Currently, when I add a new chord it automatically is set to be 4 beats.
